Multi Technician

The Multi Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing MEP and kitchen equipment systems. The technician will troubleshoot system malfunctions, execute repairs, and ensure optimal performance. Also committed to maintaining high-quality standards and safety regulations.

1. Install and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment systems.

2. Experience in retail equipment repair, such as chillers, cold room and freezers.

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in systems using appropriate testing equipment and tools.

4. Conduct regular inspections and conduct preventive maintenance services.

5. Respond promptly to emergency breakdown and urgent repairs.

6. Keep up to date with advancements in maintenance technology and industry best practices.

7. Train and supervise assistant technicians to ensure quality work and safety.

8. Communicate effectively with team leaders/Supervisor to explain problems, necessary repairs, and maintenance schedules.

9. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service receipts, parts used, and maintenance schedules.

10. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working.

11. Maintain spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance and repairs.
