Multi Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, fixtures, and building systems.
• Handle minor civil and carpentry works including painting, masonry, and basic repairs.
• Support HVAC technicians with filter changes, minor servicing, and duct maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency calls.
• Record and update maintenance activities in CAFM or maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete tasks on time.
• Report spare parts and consumables requirements to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, basic HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, and minor civil works.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts or be on-call when required.
