Multi Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Manager with a strong QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) background. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple restaurant outlets, ensure operational excellence, drive sales, and lead teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across multiple outlets
• Train, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations
• Monitor financial performance and control costs
• Lead initiatives to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-unit management within the QSR/fast food industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Willingness to relocate to Djibouti, East Africa
