We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Multi-Unit Sales Manager with a strong background in leading inside sales / call center teams in a business-to-consumer sales environment across multiple moving company locations in Arizona, Nevada, and Florida.
This role is specifically intended for a leader with expertise in inbound call handling, inside sales conversion, call coaching, scripting, and performance management in a B-to-C sales organization. Based in Mesa, Arizona, this role is responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 10 to 15 Customer Service Representatives in a high-volume inside sales / call center environment while driving revenue growth, improving conversion, and building consistency across multiple markets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to improve sales performance through coaching, accountability, process discipline, and strong leadership. The right candidate is not simply maintaining a team. They are raising the standard, creating structure, strengthening execution, adaptive to change, creative in developing processes and helping build a high-performing multi-location sales organization.
