Multi-Unit Sales Manager

Pay range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually (base & commission combined)
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Multi-Unit Sales Manager with a strong background in leading inside sales / call center teams in a business-to-consumer sales environment across multiple moving company locations in Arizona, Nevada, and Florida.
This role is specifically intended for a leader with expertise in inbound call handling, inside sales conversion, call coaching, scripting, and performance management in a B-to-C sales organization. Based in Mesa, Arizona, this role is responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 10 to 15 Customer Service Representatives in a high-volume inside sales / call center environment while driving revenue growth, improving conversion, and building consistency across multiple markets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to improve sales performance through coaching, accountability, process discipline, and strong leadership. The right candidate is not simply maintaining a team. They are raising the standard, creating structure, strengthening execution, adaptive to change, creative in developing processes and helping build a high-performing multi-location sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the company sales performance across six locations in three states
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 to 15 CSRs
  • Drive improvement in conversion rates, estimate accuracy, revenue per opportunity, and overall sales effectiveness
  • Monitor and identify key performance indicators and activity metrics to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct CSR coaching, one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance follow-up with consistency
  • Standardize and implement sales process, scripting, and customer communication across locations
  • Partner closely with operations leadership to align booked business with service capacity and customer expectations
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Build a culture of urgency, professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-focused selling
  • Identify trends by market, lead source, and CSR performance to improve sales outcomes
  • Maintain accurate reporting and visibility into team performance
  • Travel as needed to support locations, training, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing in identifying per market trends and opportunities
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of inside sales, call center sales, or B-to-C sales management experience
  • Experience leading inside sales, inbound call center sales, and/or service-based B-to-C sales teams
  • Demonstrated success managing phone-based sales performance, lead conversion, call quality, and coaching in an inbound sales environment
  • Strong coaching, accountability, and performance management ability
  • Multi-location or multi-unit leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of KPI-driven sales leadership
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate, direct, and challenge team members effectively
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Experience in moving, relocation, logistics, home services, or franchised service businesses is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel to markets and locations as needed
