Concentric Corporation is partnering with a fast-growing real estate investment firm with a diverse portfolio spanning multifamily, commercial, medical office, office, and industrial assets. We’re seeking a Multifamily Asset Manager who brings strong financial insight, operational excellence, and leadership skills to help drive portfolio performance and long-term value.

About the Role

This individual will take full ownership of a multifamily portfolio, working closely with property managers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize performance, execute strategy, and ensure operational success. The ideal candidate is polished, analytical, and proactive, someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analyses of multifamily assets, including redevelopment, refinance, and disposition modeling.

  • Act as the primary liaison for multifamily property management teams, overseeing daily operations and performance.

  • Manage third-party property management relationships and implement vendor scorecards/KPIs for accountability.

  • Oversee leasing performance, renewal strategies, and resident retention initiatives.

  • Lead monthly reforecasting and annual budgeting processes for multifamily assets.

  • Partner with construction leadership to plan and execute redevelopment projects.

  • Conduct both scheduled and unannounced property visits to ensure quality and compliance standards.

  • Manage tax appeals and insurance claims for assigned assets.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive monthly asset management reports for internal review.

  • Benchmark competitive properties, track local and national market trends, and monitor concession activity.

  • Evaluate and implement new technology solutions (smart locks, thermostats, WiFi, etc.) to enhance operations.

  • Collaborate with leadership on cross-portfolio initiatives supporting company strategy and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in multifamily asset management or a closely related discipline.

  • Strong proficiency with revenue and property management software.

  • Advanced financial modeling, analysis, and Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

  • Willingness to travel regionally for property visits.

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to lead in a dynamic environment.
