Your Role:

Languages Required

Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:

• Thai
• Vietnamese
• Indonesian
• Hindi

Job Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales customer support for digital wallet and remittance services
• Assist customers with wallet top-ups and withdrawals
• Resolve transaction issues during or after transfers
• Support customers with account registration and account opening problems
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams
• Ensure high-quality service and timely problem resolution

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in:
• Fintech
• Digital wallets
• Remittance services
• Payment platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle international customers
• Comfortable using CRM systems or support platforms
• Ability to work in shift-based environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross-border payment or remittance products
• Familiarity with digital wallet operations
• Experience in multilingual customer support
