Multilingual Sales Executive

Multilingual Sales Executive fluent in Russian, Spanish, French, Persian, Afghani (Dari or Pashto), and Dutch with commission.

Job Summary:
The Multilingual Sales Executive will be responsible for driving international sales of lubricants, managing customer relationships across various global markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating sales deals, and expanding the company’s market share internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.
• Sell lubricants to distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients worldwide, with a focus on key multilingual regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to close profitable deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate product promotions, availability, and delivery.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the lubricants or related industrial sector.
• Fluency in English and at least two or more of the following languages is required:
• Russian, Spanish, French, Persian, Afghani (Dari or Pashto), Dutch.
• Proven experience in international sales and relationship management.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the oil and lubricant industry is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.Working Conditions:

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
