To strengthen our team, we are hiring a Muslim Lady Ayurvedic Doctor cum Personal Secretary who can contribute both in patient care and executive assistance.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate Ayurvedic Doctor with a strong foundation in classical Ayurveda, while also capable of handling administrative and secretarial responsibilities for the management team. This unique dual role requires a balance of clinical expertise, organizational skills, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Ayurveda Doctor Duties

  • Conduct detailed consultations to assess patients’ health concerns.
  • Diagnose conditions using Ayurvedic principles.
  • Design personalized treatment plans (herbal remedies, diet, lifestyle modifications).
  • Administer therapies including Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, etc.
  • Monitor patient progress and update treatment protocols as needed.
  • Educate patients on Ayurvedic wellness practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical records with confidentiality.
  • Stay informed on new developments in Ayurvedic medicine.

Personal Secretary Duties

  • Assist the Director in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and confidential documentation.
  • Organize meetings, prepare reports, and support official communication.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and business engagements.
  • Support administrative work for hospital and product divisions.

Qualifications

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) with valid Kerala State Ayurvedic Medical Council registration.
  • Female candidate (Muslim preferred).
  • Prior experience in Ayurvedic consultations & therapies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office administration tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Trustworthy, well-organized, and professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
