Job Description:

Axxon BPO is looking for energetic and goal-driven Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) for our Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaign. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is your chance to join a professional, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding MVA-related services.
• Build rapport and maintain professional communication throughout calls.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow scripts effectively.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Minimum 6 months of call center or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in the night shift
• Strong work ethic, confidence, and enthusiasm to perform.
