Job description:

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will play a key role in representing our brand, understanding customer needs, and providing top-notch support. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Who We're Looking For:

UK-Based Experience: Prior experience working with UK-based firms is highly preferred.

Relevant Industry Background: Experience in the Homeware industry or a similar business is a strong advantage.

Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

Customer-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Team Player: A collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the team's success.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in customer service tools and systems such as G Suite, Microsoft Excel/G sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product/service information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately update customer records and documentation.
  • Work closely with the team to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
