Nail Technician

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and mindful Nail Technician to join Blaura’s founding beauty and wellness team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a holistic approach to nail and hand-foot care , combining reflexology, massage, and Ayurvedic-inspired treatments to deliver a restorative and elevated experience for every guest.

This role is for someone who values natural beauty, healing touch, and wellness-driven artistry over artificial enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform natural manicures and pedicures with focus on nail health, care, and client comfort.
• Provide hand and foot massage as part of treatments, supporting relaxation and circulation.
• Apply reflexology principles to enhance the therapeutic benefit of each session.
• Incorporate Ayurvedic techniques and ingredients when applicable to support holistic wellness.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization for tools, products, and workstations.
• Support the development of Blaura’s own nail and wellness protocols, integrating wellness with beauty.
• Educate clients on hand and foot health, aftercare, and the importance of regular holistic treatments.
• Work closely with the Spa & Salon Manager to ensure smooth operations and consistent guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and graceful presence in all interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Nail Technician in wellness centers, spas, or holistic beauty environments.
• Certified in nail care, hygiene, and safety practices (UAE-recognized license preferred).
• Strong understanding of reflexology and Ayurvedic-based hand and foot care.
• Skilled in massage techniques for hands and feet.
• Knowledge of natural ingredients, oils, and traditional wellness methods.
• Excellent hygiene habits, precision, and attention to client comfort.
• Professional communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
