This is a full-time on-site role for a Nail Expert and Trainer at Urban Company in Dubai. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, providing guidance to nail technicians, and ensuring high-quality service standards are met. Additionally, the Trainer will need to stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance the skills of the team.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Strong expertise in nail techniques, professional manicure, gel manicure, pedicure and paraffin treatments for male and female clients
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to budding nail technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification or diploma in a related field
• Updated knowledge of industry trends and techniques
