Duties

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, intricate designs, and color theory to craft unique looks tailored to each client’s style
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients’ preferences, offering expert advice, and upselling additional treatments or retail products
• Assist clients with additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or skin treatments when appropriate
• Educate clients on nail care routines and recommend suitable products for ongoing maintenance at home
• Stay current on industry trends and new techniques through continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related fields
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and latest industry trends
• Experience with nail extensions, gel applications, acrylics, and intricate designs preferred
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally
• Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times
• Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math to enhance client experience and salon revenue
