Nanny

At Home & Baby Co., we are seeking a professional, nurturing, and dependable Nanny to provide exceptional in-home care for families across Central Ohio. Our nannies are trusted partners in the home — supporting children’s development, maintaining structure and warmth, and creating a safe, enriching environment where children can truly thrive.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and deeply passionate about childcare. She or he understands the importance of professionalism, discretion, and clear communication while bringing joy, creativity, and calm into a family’s daily routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, safety-focused care for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
• Foster age-appropriate developmental growth through educational play, reading, and creative activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks aligned with family preferences and dietary needs
• Support daily routines including diapering, dressing, hygiene, nap schedules, and transitions
• Maintain tidy, child-centered spaces (light housekeeping related to the children only)
• Partner with parents through clear, respectful communication about milestones and daily updates
• Implement specialized strategies when supporting children with unique needs

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience caring for infants, toddlers, and/or multiple age groups
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of child development, safe sleep practices, and child nutrition
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Warm, professional communication style
• Experience supporting children with special needs is a plus
