Nanny

Set Your Own Schedule | $20–22/hr

We are seeking dependable caregivers to provide in-home childcare for families throughout Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with infants and toddlers and want consistent weekday hours with scheduling flexibility.

Overview

As a Nanny, you will:

• Provide safe, engaging in-home care for infants and toddlers (highest demand: under age 2)
• Lead age-appropriate activities based on developmental stages
• Maintain a clean and organized play environment
• Support families who need reliable childcare coverage
• No transportation of children required

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–22 per hour

Schedule Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday
• 6–8 hour shifts
• Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid)
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing and able to travel within Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond
• Dependable, patient, and engaging caregiver

Working Conditions

• Active, child-focused environment
• Indoor and outdoor play (weather permitting)
• Light clean-up of activities and play areas

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 35 pounds safely
• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and sitting on the floor
• Ability to move quickly and respond calmly in urgent situations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
