Three Flamingos Agency is working with a sweet young family to find them an experienced Nanny for their family starting APRIL 6TH, 2026.

Days: THREE days per week, 9:00-5:00. Family can be flexible on the 3 days that works for the candidate

Pay: $30-35/hr, depending on experience and background; W2 position

Children(s) ages: Girl 2 years, Girl 2 months

Animals: one cat and one boxer (dog)

Description:

Three Flamingos Agency is assisting a busy, working family find their long term part time nanny! This sweet, hard working family recently welcomed their second baby into their family and is looking for a part time nanny as Mom goes back to work in April. Nanny would be responsible for their 2 year old daughter and 2 month old daughter.

They have lots of family support in town and are seeking help for Three days per week, 9-5. The days can be flexible, but you must be able to work 9-5 and at least 3 days between Monday-Friday. While not required, date night availability here and there would be nice as well.

Mom works from home while Dad works outside the home, so nanny must be okay working with work from home parents. This is their first nanny and they are excited to welcome a new person on their family team! They are self described, “happy, loud and Italian,” and excited to treat their nanny like an extension of their family. Their ideal nanny would be someone who has experience caring for both a toddler and infant. Their baby has colic, so someone who is well versed with babies and has lots of patience during a colic fit (they’re working on trying new formulas, etc to help her). They value education and would love someone to be able to work on teaching basics to both children- colors, numbers, words, and anything else to help them become ready for preschool. After a few months of employment, Mom is happy to have Nanny take the children out and about to activities within the area. Their ideal nanny would be an older woman who has children herself or has been a nanny/teacher/nurse for many years.

While childcare is the main focus of this position, the family would love for their nanny to help with children’s laundry, simple meal prep, and generally help keep the home clean/tidy from toddler and baby messes.

The family values longevity and would love for their nanny to be with them until their baby goes to school. Mom had a nanny herself when she was growing up and would love for her girls to have the same special bond with a nanny that she had. Mom goes back to work the second week of April, so we are interviewing and looking for candidates now in preparation.

Candidate will be given PTO, reimbursement for gas, a yearly bonus, as well as guaranteed hours. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to provide their own transportation.

All candidates must:

- be able to provide at least 3 references related to this role

- have a valid and clean drivers license

- be able to pass a comprehensive background check

- be willing to grow with a family and value longevity

- have at least 3 years of childcare experience

- have CPR certification or be willing to become certified
