Nanny/Household Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional care for children and oversee household responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. This vital role combines nurturing childcare with efficient household management, ensuring a safe, organized, and joyful environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting families through attentive caregiving and household coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs and preferences.
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises that promote learning and creativity.
• Manage household tasks such as cleaning, organizing, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns.
• Support children with preschool routines, nap schedules, potty training, and other daily needs.
• Collaborate with parents to coordinate schedules, appointments, and special events related to the children’s care.
• Assist with light caregiving duties for family members with disabilities or special needs as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and toddlers.
• Strong knowledge of childcare best practices, including infant care, preschool activities, and toddler development.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining a nurturing environment.
• Experience in meal preparation with an understanding of healthy nutrition for children.
• Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and patience.
• Prior nannying or daycare experience is desirable; familiarity with teaching or babysitting roles is a plus.

Pay: $24.96 - $30.06 per hour
