National Head

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic National Head to lead, train, and mentor our teachers, counsellors, and center directors across the country. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of NEP (National Education Policy) and NCF (National Curriculum Framework) and the ability to design and implement effective training programs and lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for teachers, counsellors, and directors to enhance teaching methodologies and overall performance.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on the National Education Policy (NEP) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF).
• Develop and execute training modules, workshops, and seminars to improve academic quality across centers.
• Collaborate with the academic, R&D, and curriculum teams to ensure consistent implementation of educational standards.
• Stay updated on modern teaching practices, pedagogies, and policy changes to integrate into training.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in academic training, teacher development, or curriculum leadership.
• Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and NCF guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to design innovative lesson plans and training methodologies.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for training sessions, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
