Position Summary:
The National Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations across all Warrior Service Company locations. This role is responsible for optimizing procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national procurement strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation
- Manage inventory planning, distribution logistics, and demand forecasting
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure procurement aligns with budget and regulatory requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and internal quality control protocols
- Supervise procurement and logistics staff across multiple regions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- APICS or ISM certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership, preferably in healthcare or government contracting
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and vendor compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Pay:
- $75k to $85k
Hours:
- M-F 8a to 430p
