One World Immigration Law Consultant is a premier and rapidly expanding firm specializing in global mobility solutions, including Skilled Immigration, Business Immigration, Citizenship by Investment, Study Visas, and Visit Visas. We are seeking a dynamic, proven National Sales Manager to take complete ownership of the company's sales performance across the entire country. Your primary mission will be to strategically boost the existing sales structure, enhance team efficiency, and drive aggressive revenue growth across all our core immigration services.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. National Sales Strategy & Execution (The Boost):

  • Develop and implement a high-impact national sales plan focused on maximizing client acquisition and conversion across all service lines (Immigration, Study, Visa, CBI).
  • Analyze and re-engineer the existing sales structure and processes to eliminate bottlenecks and significantly increase national sales volume and profitability.
  • Set, forecast, and relentlessly achieve ambitious country-wide revenue targets (KPIs), ensuring predictable and sustainable growth.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market demand to strategically penetrate new regional markets within the country.

2. Leadership, Management, and Structure:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a nationwide team of Regional Managers and Sales Consultants.
  • Establish performance standards, conduct regular coaching, and implement incentive programs to drive a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to the company's ethical consulting standards and compliance with all immigration regulations across the sales force.

3. Operational Excellence & Reporting:

  • Oversee the efficient use of the CRM system to manage the national sales pipeline, ensure data integrity, and provide accurate weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation quality and quantity and ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Work with the Legal and Processing teams to ensure a smooth, professional client journey from consultation to service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a National or Country-Level Sales Management role.
  • Mandatory experience within the Immigration Consultancy, Overseas Education, or a related regulated financial/consultancy service sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in restructuring or significantly boosting the performance of an existing sales team.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, data analysis, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Expert command of consultative selling techniques and CRM platforms.

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
