National Sales Manager

Job Title: National Sales Manager

Company: Nasa Chemicals Private Limited

Location: Karachi – Head Office

Nasa Chemicals Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead and expand our nationwide sales operations for Lubricants / FMCG products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing regional teams, and driving revenue growth across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional and area sales teams across the country.
  • Expand distribution network and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and ensure timely achievement through effective planning and execution.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and market penetration.
  • Ensure strong brand presence and market share growth nationwide.

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of relevant sales experience in Lubricants or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in managing nationwide sales operations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
