NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM) Disposable Food Packaging

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead and expand our Disposable Food Packaging business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nationwide sales strategy, key account management, and driving growth within the food chain sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Manage and lead regional sales teams across Pakistan

Build strong relationships with food chains, distributors, and key clients

Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing (mandatory)

Proven experience in Disposable Food Packaging or Food Chain industry

Strong understanding of LMT (Local Modern Trade)

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to travel nationwide as required
