Job Title: National Sales Manager - OOH
Location: Karachi Head Office
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the OOH channel, including market entry, sales targets, and key account acquisition goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing OOH sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Identify, prospect, and secure new business partnerships with key stakeholders across all industrial sectors.

Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing strong, long-term relationships to ensure continued business growth and brand loyalty.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for expansion.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to create tailored sales materials, presentations, and promotional programs for the OOH channel.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on sales, market share, and team performance.

Oversee inventory management and logistics for the OOH channel to ensure seamless service and product delivery.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in an Out of Home or B2B sales role, preferably within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.

Proven experience in a leadership or management position, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
