Job description:

Job Title: National Sales Manager - OOH 
Location: Karachi Head Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the OOH channel, including market entry, sales targets, and key account acquisition goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing OOH sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business partnerships with key stakeholders across all industrial sectors.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing strong, long-term relationships to ensure continued business growth and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to create tailored sales materials, presentations, and promotional programs for the OOH channel.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on sales, market share, and team performance.
  • Oversee inventory management and logistics for the OOH channel to ensure seamless service and product delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in an Out of Home or B2B sales role, preferably within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management position, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
