National Sales Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Job Title: National Sales Manager – Pharmaceuticals

Location: Riyadh, KSA (National Travel Required)
Reporting To: Director – BD & Commercial

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead a newly established commercial division in Saudi Arabia. This is a critical leadership role for a proven sales builder who will design, launch, and manage the entire national sales operation from the ground up.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of national sales performance, P&L, strategy execution, and team building, while personally leveraging a strong KSA-wide KOL and Key Decision Maker network to unlock high-value institutional and private accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesNational Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Build, recruit, and onboard the complete national sales organization
  • Translate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy into a high-impact national sales execution plan
  • Establish a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, profitability, and data-based decision making
  • Drive sustainable market penetration across priority therapeutic segments

KOL & Key Account Management

  • Personally manage senior-level relationships with KDMs and KOLs across major hospitals, pharmacy chains, and private institutions
  • Secure formulary listings, tenders, and strategic contracts
  • Act as the primary commercial representative for key accounts across the Kingdom

Performance & P&L Ownership

  • Full responsibility for national sales P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue growth
  • Drive performance against KPIs using CRM insights and market intelligence
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage national sales budgets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Align field execution with corporate strategy and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical sales leadership experience in Saudi Arabia
  • At least 5 years in a national or regional leadership role
  • Proven experience building and scaling national sales teams from scratch
  • Strong, active C-level relationships with KDMs and KOLs across major hospitals, pharmacy chains, and private accounts
  • Demonstrated expertise across hospital, pharmacy chain, and key account channels
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼30,000.00 - ﷼35,000.00 per month
