Job Purpose:

To lead and support Toyota Egypt’s national technical operations by providing expert diagnostic

guidance, resolving complex technical cases, and ensuring consistent service quality across all

branches and dealers. The role is responsible for analyzing field technical data, enhancing diagnostic

efficiency, supporting warranty compliance, and driving continuous improvement aligned with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyses technical information from the field, including Aftersales and PDI
  • teams, to identify key technical issues and trends
  • Prepare and submit detailed technical problem reports to the Technical Support Manager
  • Support Toyota Egypt branches and dealers with “difficult-to-diagnose” cases, ensuring
  • resolution and adherence to TMC full diagnostic time standards
  • Ensure seamless circulation of updated technical information, guidelines, and bulletins across
  • all branches and dealers
  • Participate in monitoring and improving the quality of new vehicle delivery nationwide
  • Ensure the proper implementation of warranty policies and procedures for assigned technical
  • cases
  • Review, prioritize, and process technical reports from service centers, and escalate relevant
  • cases to TMC
  • Follow up and fulfil all TMC technical requests and ensure timely closure
  • Develop PDI documentation (PDI sheets and OJT content) for new vehicle models
  • Validate and certify new products (consumables, lubricants, accessories) for use in GR
  • workshops
  • Conduct nationwide field visits to branches and dealers to evaluate technical performance and
  • support action plan implementation
  • Follow repair manual diagnostic procedures and issue serviceability when required
  • Monitor SSC progress, ensure accurate parts usage, and coordinate ordering of required parts

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an Automotive specialization
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, or aftersales operations
  • Solid understanding of TMC diagnostic procedures, warranty policies, and technical reporting systems are preferred

Competencies:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and influence technical teams
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across nationwide branches and dealer networks
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to quality and safety standards
