About the role:
The purpose of this position is to support HR Business Partner in translating and implementing unit or function business plans in the form of an HR strategy. They will also act as a liaison between the customer and other HR services (OD and HR Operations).
Your Impactful Goals will include:

Being an active team member and establishing strong relationships with all internal/external stakeholders, including the extended HR family.

Ensure a clear understanding of the roles and ownership of responsibilities of the line and HR.

Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed and developed in the organization using our systems and processes, including succession planning, in mutual collaboration with the line managers.

Ensure adoption and compliance with Telenor policies and advise line managers on matters related to people management, including but not limited to Compliance and Performance investigations.
Your Typical Day will look like:
STRATEGY & PLANNING

Assist in the development and design of OD activities in partnership with external vendors and provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.

Support Lead HRBP in translating the business unit or function plans into HR strategic and operational plans for their business unit or function; monitor compliance and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations.
PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION

Support line managers to effectively manage individual and team performance through the use of Telenor tools and processes so that the unit's objectives are achieved, and the unit's productivity stays high.

Identify learning gaps and development needs in the client groups and act as a channel to communicate learning needs to the appropriate units.
MONITORING & CONTROL

Collect & compile HR metrics and measurements for the business across the entire HR lifecycle and report to the HRBP regularly.

Coordinate execution and adherence to Telenor HR principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all people-related practices and policies.

Functional Projects in liaison with the Experts team to identify solutions specific to client needs.
What we're looking for:
Education: BBA/MBA in HRM
Work experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience with minimum 1 year career break

Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment from various stakeholders to ensure movement towards organizational goals.
