As an NCR (Non-Conformance Report) Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining quality and compliance. You'll hold overall responsibility and accountability for managing non-conformances across the region - driving resolution, ensuring documentation integrity, and collaborating with cross functional teams to embed continuous improvement.

Responsibility
  • Ensure NCRs are raised, recorded, and managed in line with the global Vestas NCR process
  • Act as the focal point for the NCR process across ANZ CPX projects
  • Administer and maintain the NCR system in SAP to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
  • Promote awareness of NCR and CoPQ processes and provide training across project teams
  • Coordinate with SMEs to ensure the timely identification of NCR dispositions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely NCR closure and ensure the effective implementation of containment and corrective actions
  • Monitor and track NCR performance, providing accurate and timely NCR and CoPQ reporting to project and regional stakeholders
  • Support CoPQ recovery activities through effective NCR management and coordination with internal and external parties
  • Analyse NCR data to identify recurring issues, CoPQ drivers, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and participate in regular meetings to monitor NCR and RCA progress
  • Contribute to regional Quality improvement initiatives by providing NCR insights and analysis
  • Support the implementation of lessons learned by highlighting systemic NCR trends
  • Ensure effective handover of outstanding NCRs and actions to the Service team
Qualification
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline (preferred)
  • Root cause analysis (RCA) and auditing training (desirable)
  • Membership of CQI or country specific industry body (desirable)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Applied knowledge of NCR management and RCA investigations within the construction industry
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI (or similar systems)
  • Knowledge of quality processes and standards in construction projects
  • Wind farm construction experience desirable but not mandatory
  • Nonconformance Resolution - average time to close and implement actions for project nonconformances
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction - feedback on coordination of projects NCRs
  • CoPQ Recovery - achievement of regional cost recovery targets
  • Reporting Accuracy - timeliness and correctness of NCR and CoPQ reports
  • Handover to Service Team - timeliness of closure and handover of outstanding NCRs
