*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a results-driven, experienced Solar Campaign Agent to join our team in promoting solar energy adoption across the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solar sales, lead generation, or campaign management within the renewable energy sector. This role focuses on driving conversions, building brand awareness, and expanding our solar energy in the US market.

*Responsibilities:*

- Generate high-quality solar energy leads and close sales opportunities through outbound calls .

- Develop and execute local solar energy campaigns, working closely with marketing and policy teams to maximize outreach impact

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and overall solar energy goals

- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation, sales, and conversion targets for solar energy products/services

*Requirements:*

1-2+ years of experience in solar sales, renewable energy lead generation, or campaign management in the US – _Must have solar experience.

- Proven track record of success in outbound sales, lead generation, or solar energy customer acquisition in the US market

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills – _Must be comfortable with cold calling

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, US-based office environment

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Experience selling in Call center field and handle customer is confident or close sales

*Salary & bounce

- Base Salary: Rs 45,000+ per month (depending on experience)

- Uncapped Commission: + High commission structure on solar sales leads, conversions, and closed deals

2nd Floor AGT Plaza 55/1 bank road Saddar

*Hours:* 7:00 PM to 4:00 am

Monday–Friday

Saturday or Sunday off
