Negotiations Specialist

Location: Gulshan Iqbal Block 11

Timing: 8PM to 5AM (Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Collections Executive to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients for outstanding payments, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients to collect pending payments.

Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Negotiate payment plans in accordance with company policy.

Achieve monthly collection targets.

Provide excellent customer service and handle disputes or inquiries professionally.

Coordinate with the billing and accounts team when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in Employee Benefits, Claims Handling, and Insurance.

Proficiency in Claims Management and Customer Service.

Knowledge of US regulations and practices is a plus.

Knowledge of medical billing practices is a plus.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to work night shifts regularly.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in collections or medical billing will be preferred.
