NEMT Dispatcher/ Administrator

NEMT Dispatcher / Administrator (Experienced Only)

We are looking for an experienced NEMT Dispatcher to join our team. This role is for someone who already understands how Non-Emergency Medical Transportation works and has experience working with local brokers such as Modivcare, MotiveCare, Access2Care, MediTrans, or similar.

What you will do:

- Schedule and dispatch trips through broker systems

- Communicate with brokers, drivers, and clients daily

- Handle trip assignments, updates, and confirmations

- Ensure trips are completed smoothly and on time

- Solve issues quickly when trip changes or problems come up

What we’re looking for:

- Prior experience as an NEMT dispatcher (required)

- Familiar with local and national brokers

- Understands how to accept, manage, and complete trips

- Good communication skills and reliable work habits

- Able to handle a fast-paced dispatch environment

Compensation:

This is not a traditional hourly role. Pay is performance-based with strong earning potential and bonuses based on productivity and trip volume.
