Job duties include but are not limited to:
The function is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining an organization's computer networks and operating systems (Windows + Linux). This function also includes to ensure the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure while providing technical support to resolve network-related and end-user issues.
Network Administration:

Install, configure, and maintain network appliances, including switches, firewalls, and access points.

Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.

Evaluates and proposes technical security solutions and technologies by working with vendors and other support teams

Assist with user account management in Windows Active Directory, permissions, and access control.

Diagnose and resolve software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers

Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.

Handles all the management of mail servers, SAN storage and Load balancers
-
Manages the VPN + point-to-point connections and coordinate with service providers

Resolves process related issues to provided services

Manage server's backup
-
Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure network performance and security.

Effective communication skills are also crucial for interacting with team members and non-technical staff.

Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers

Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Linux.

Write and maintain scripts for system maintenance, automation of tasks, and integration of systems.
Required Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science.

Certification in Networking is required (CCNA and MCSE) is an added value.

Linux certifications (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) is an added value.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network admin role.
