Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Network Administrator to design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LAN/WAN, cloud, and wireless networks, with hands-on experience in firewalls, VPNs, and network security management.

Position: Network Administrator
Location: Lahore - HO
Experience: 3- 4 years of hands-on experience in network administration
Qualification: BS/MS in IT, Computer Science, or Telecom (CCNA/Network preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection, and access control policies.
• Maintain and support Unifi devices and related networking hardware.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and perform routine audits.
• Perform regular backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for network upgrades and support.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and routing/switching.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and cloud networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.) preferred.
