Network and System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Network & System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File & Print Services).
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Administer user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, security groups, and access policies within Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Monitor server health, system performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
• Ensure system security through patch management, antivirus solutions, access control, and security best practices.
• Perform routine system updates, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.
• Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and IT teams.
• Support IT audits, compliance requirements, and business continuity planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Network/System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in database management systems.
• Hands-on experience with network management, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting.
