Overview of the Role

Talent Share is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Architect to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates (AE). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructures that support the company's operational needs. As a key member of our IT department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and secure network solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Network Design and Planning: Develop comprehensive network architecture designs aligned with organizational requirements, industry best practices, and security standards. Assist in planning network topology, hardware, and software configurations to support current and future business needs.
• Implementation and Deployment: Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure while minimizing downtime.
• Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor network performance using various tools to identify and resolve issues proactively. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure network stability and security.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to safeguard network data and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations related to data protection and cybersecurity.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident reports. Generate regular reports on network performance and incidents for management review.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, trends, and best practices. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
