We are looking for fellow team members for our Operations & Business Development team.

Design and lead the end-to-end network development strategy aligned with EV adoption trends, regulatory and competitive environment, and the Company’s growth roadmap.

Define and execute the location strategy by site prospecting, site acquisition, contract negotiation and site activation.

Manage the site acquisition pipeline with strategic, commercial, and technical prioritization.

Lead and coach a high-performing team (Key Account Managers and Analysts), ensuring clear goals, motivation, and continuous performance improvement.

Establish and expand partnerships with municipalities, landlords, real estate developers, retail groups, and public authorities.

Act as a senior point of escalation for high-value and high-complexity negotiations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal & Compliance, Technical Operations, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure site feasibility, compliance and timely rollout.

Review and approve business cases for proposed locations developed by the team, evaluating sales volume potential, traffic flow, grid access, and return on investment.

Monitor and report on KPIs, including acquisition velocity, conversion rates, site activation time and recommend corrective measures.
What we expect

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

8+ years of experience in EV infrastructure, site acquisition, network rollout, or real estate development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing high-performing teams across both commercial and analytical functions

Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate market insights and data into actionable rollout plans

Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex, high-value agreements

Solid understanding of EV infrastructure, real estate markets, and large-scale infrastructure deployment

Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both C-level executives and public sector decision-makers

Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and GIS tools; familiarity with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
