Who Are We Looking For?

Mobiz is hiring a Network Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure solutions for our clients, with a primary focus on Cisco, Palo Alto, FortiGate and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve L1/L2 network support tickets related to connectivity issues, VPN problems, firewall access requests, and Wi-Fi or routing/switching issues.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and client support through phone, email, and remote-access tools.
• Monitor network health, alerts, and performance using tools such as Zabbix, Meraki Dashboard, Panorama, or FortiManager.
• Assist with basic configuration and maintenance of Cisco switches/routers, Cisco Meraki devices (MX, MS, MR),Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
• Perform routine checks on VPN tunnels, wireless networks, and firewall security policies.
• Follow SLA timelines, properly prioritize tickets, and escalate issues to senior engineers when required.
• Update and maintain documentation including ticket notes, network diagrams, device inventory, and SOPs.
• Support basic Azure networking tasks under guidance, including VNet/subnet checks, NSG review, and VPN gateway troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assist in change requests, maintenance work, and client projects.
• Stay updated with networking and cloud technologies to grow into advanced roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Required Certification: CCNA and PCNSA
• 1–2 years of experience in networking, IT support, or helpdesk (MSP experience preferred).
• Knowledge of routing & switching fundamentals, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.
• Understanding of firewall concepts such as NAT, VPN, and security policies.
• Familiarity with the Meraki Dashboard for monitoring and basic configuration.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
• Experience with monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Meraki alerts).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking abilities.
