Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic Network Operation Center (NOC) team. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and service excellence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Plan, integrate, and monitor core network and voice infrastructure.

· Configure and maintain network devices and servers in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

· Act as a primary escalation point for service integration, testing, and delivery with partners and stakeholders.

· Proactively monitor network performance using advanced tools to analyze trends, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.

· Prepare and present network performance reports and status updates to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.

· Up to 2 years of relevant experience in network operations.

· CCNA/CCNP certification is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of IP routing, network design, and related technologies.

· Knowledge of Linux and database servers is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
