Key Responsibilities

Cisco Meraki

• Deploy, configure, and manage Meraki MX, MR, MS, and MV solutions.
• Administer the Meraki Dashboard for network-wide monitoring, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize SD-WAN performance and ensure reliable remote site connectivity.
• Support deployment of 802.1X authentication and certificate-based authentication for wireless users.

Fortinet

• Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, VPNs (IPSec, SSL), and FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer.
• Implement and manage UTM features (antivirus, web filtering, application control, IPS).
• Perform firewall policy tuning, upgrades, high availability (HA), and rule audits.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Fortinet products, including FortiGate and FortiManager.

Network Monitoring (NMS)

• Implement and manage monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, ManageEngine, or Zabbix.
• Configure ing, thresholds, SNMP traps, NetFlow/sFlow monitoring, and reporting dashboards.
• Proactively monitor network health and capacity for future planning.
• Troubleshoot outages, performance issues, and security incidents.
• Maintain updated network documentation and follow change control processes.

General

• Collaborate with IT security and system teams for integrated infrastructure management.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide Level 2/3 support as needed.
• Close SOC incidents reported via dashboards (e.g., Splunk).
• Create and maintain network architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (Dashboard, AutoVPN, SD-WAN).
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Fortinet products (FortiGate, FortiManager).
• Experience in deploying and managing NMS tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, ManageEngine, Zabbix).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing (OSPF, BGP), NAT, QoS.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an added advantage.
