Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–9 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• On-call support for network incidents and escalations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of network infrastructure and systems
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of networks
• Manage and support network operations teams and engineers
• Monitor network performance and resolve critical incidents
• Implement and maintain network policies, procedures, and standards
• Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and deployments
• Conduct root cause analysis for network outages and issues
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and telecom systems
• Plan capacity upgrades and network optimization strategies
• Maintain documentation of network architecture and operations

Skills for This Role

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting expertise
• Leadership and team management skills
• Incident and problem management (ITIL knowledge preferred)
• Network security principles and best practices
• Vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking and root cause analysis
• Communication and coordination abilities
• Experience with Cisco or similar networking technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience in network operations or IT infrastructure management
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise or telecom networks
• Leadership experience managing technical teams
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an advantage
• Ability to manage high-pressure network environments
