Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Software Support Engineer with a strong background in IT security software, firewall management, and network monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will experience in software support, with expertise in tools like SolarWinds and ManageEngine. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and configuration of security software and network monitoring solutions for our clients.

Key Skills:

• BS CS / Btec in IT or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in software support and pre-sales
• Strong knowledge of security software, firewall management, and network monitoring solutions
• Experience with SolarWinds and ManageEngine
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Timings: 9 am to 5.30 pm

Work Mode: Onsite
