Job Description – IT Administrator (Network & Endpoint Management)
Responsibilities:

Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and proper segmentation to enhance security and performance.

Conduct security audits, assess vulnerabilities, and ensure timely patching and updates for network devices and endpoints.

Configure and enforce compliance policies, security settings, and configuration profiles in Microsoft Intune for Windows and Mac devices.

Manage and deploy applications remotely while ensuring device compliance with corporate policies.

Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management, including troubleshooting endpoint security and software-related issues.

Provide technical support for end-users on network connectivity, device enrolment, and security configurations.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and conditional access policies across cloud applications and endpoint devices.

Collaborate with IT Operations, SysAdmin, and Information Security teams to define security measures, patch management, antivirus, and firewall configurations.

Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection and leverage Microsoft Azure for cloud-based solutions.

Maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring proper tracking, security, and lifecycle management for hardware and software.

Ensure data integrity and security through regular backups, antivirus management, and system updates.

Document network configurations, Intune administration procedures, troubleshooting guides, and compliance reports.

Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and the integration of network systems with other IT services.
