New Graduate- Business Analyst Intern

We are looking fo r a "Business Analyst Intern (New Graduate) " to join our Trive Technology- Information & Analytics Team.


Candidates who are successful in their Internship process may be offered the opportunity to be included in the staff as an assistant specialist.



Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate of Mathematics/ Engineering/ Economics/ Finance or Master Science of in related fields
  • Able to work full time & onsite (5 days in a week).
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must.
  • Previous internship experiences in related areas are preferred.
  • Interests in finance and investments are highly appreciated.
  • Passionate, motivated, strong ability to learn.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills & good team player.
  • Previous experience of working in Agile Scrum teams


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in understanding business needs and user requirements through techniques like process modelling, use cases, brainstorming, and user stories.
  • Support the preparation of business analysis documents based on business requirements and potential solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and supporting solution implementation.
  • Learn and analyze system behavior, inputs, and outputs to understand their relation to business functions.
  • Collaborate in Scrum teams and contribute to achieving team goals.
  • Assist in demonstrating and presenting solutions to stakeholders.
  • Support identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements aligned with business goals.
  • Help create user manuals for developed solutions.
  • Support preparing Acceptance Criteria for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Participate in User Acceptance Tests alongside end-users.
