About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, driven Market Lead in Virginia (Richmond + surrounding areas) to help grow our TULA community. This is an amazing opportunity if you’re a natural connector who loves talking to people and wants to help families feel less stressed and more supported.

You’ll tap into your own network and local community to spread the word about TULA, generate referrals, and onboard new clients. Think of yourself as our local brand ambassador—sharing how TULA helps busy parents reclaim time and sanity.

You’ll also get to experience the TULA magic firsthand by stepping in as an assistant for some of our amazing clients. Think: laundry that folds itself (well, almost!), perfectly organized spaces, errands tackled in record time, and research or scheduling that makes life so much easier.

Best part? Once you help build up your client base, you can jump in to claim as many assistant hours as you’d like — more happy clients means more commission and more hours up for grabs. It’s a win-win for your wallet and your workday!

Job Details

• Type: Contract, hourly ($25/hr to start, flexible for experience + drive)
• Commission: Earn additional income for every client you bring in!
• Schedule: Flexible—work when it works for you. Must have reliable transportation.
• Location: Remote / Local within Richmond + surrounding areas
• Safety: We take our client’s (and team’s) safety very seriously - everyone joining the TULA team must be okay with a background check
