About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Team Sales Executive to drive business growth in the agency channel. The role involves building a high-performing sales team, guiding them to achieve targets, and ensuring consistent revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and manage sales partners.
• Support and guide the team to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Build strong client relationships for long-term business.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience (Life Insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
