New Product Development (NPD) Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and innovative NPD Engineer to lead the design and development of new engineering products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in product development cycles, from ideation and prototyping to testing and production iteams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products.
• Design mechanical/electromechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Develop prototypes and conduct functional/performance testing.
• Coordinate with Production Team and suppliers to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability).
• Create and maintain design documentation (BOMs, drawings, specifications).
• Ensure new products meet relevant industry standards and customer requirements.
• Use engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD, etc.) for design validation.
• Continuously improve existing products based on customer feedback and performance data.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in product development or R&D.
• Strong skills in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).
• Knowledge of prototyping techniques (Trob Machin, CNC, etc.).
• Familiarity with testing and validation protocols.
• Strong project management and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
