Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of Product Development department.

Make sure the machines like mixer, granulator, compression machine, weighing balance, coating pan are cleaned properly.

If any machine requires maintenance, inform engineering department to repair it as soon as possible.

Complete the remaining manufacturing procedures for the development products.

Properly label the containers of dispensed materials with their proper name, batch number and date of dispensed as well.

To maintain proper documentation of every action is being carried out in product development and maintain record as well.

To maintain those chemicals which are not being used by industry for commercial purposes should be kept in proper container with proper label providing best environmental conditions.

Products which are under study, their records should be maintained properly

QC released product’s complete records from their first trial batch to last trial batch should be kept and arrange properly.

To maintain all log books of the department.

To dispense materials for trial batch manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
