ABOUT THE PROGRAM

In this Two-Year SC Planning Transformation Program, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the implementation and stabilization of the Blue Yonder Planning System across the end-to-end Supply Chain network.

This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to digital supply chain transformation, covering the full planning cycle from Production & Sequencing Planning to Distribution, Haulage, and Material Planning.

You will gain practical experience in advanced planning systems, cross-functional alignment, and process stabilization, while working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Demand Planning and Sales teams while contributing in a fully integrated, system-driven planning environment.


Year 1: Blue Yonder implementation & process improvement phase

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


We are looking for driven talents who are passionate about Supply Chain Planning and digital transformation. Previous experience in planning systems is a plus (0–2 years), but strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential.

As part of the SC Planning transformation team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end implementation of the Blue Yonder Planning System across Demand planning , Sequencing, Production Planning, Distribution, Haulage, and Material Planning
  • Assisting in transitioning from manual planning tools (e.g., spreadsheets) to automated, system-based planning processes
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Demand planning , Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and IT to ensure seamless integration of planning activities
  • Monitoring key planning KPIs on EDGE (service level, inventory, adherence to plan, capacity utilization) and supporting performance reporting
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize planning parameters, master data governance, and system utilization
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility and responsiveness

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

  • You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • You have 0–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations.
  • You are passionate about ERP and digital system implementation and process optimization
  • You are comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable improvements
  • You demonstrate strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • You are eager to drive change and support the shift from manual to automated planning processes
  • You are fluent in English and Arabic
  • Experience with ERP or Planning Systems is considered an advantage.
