Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding for youth programs and initiatives
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Assist in planning and executing youth development programs
• Coordinate with partners, volunteers, and training facilitators
• Use digital tools to track engagement, attendance, and outcomes
• Prepare HR reports, program updates, and recruitment metrics
• Support outreach campaigns for youth participation and awareness
• Ensure smooth communication between HR, programs, and stakeholders
• Contribute to improving recruitment and program processes

What We’re Looking For
