Primary Responsibilities
1. New born Care
o Initial Assessment after birth ,Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment for premature or critically ill infants.
o Coordinate with neonatologists and pediatricians for effective treatment planning.
2. Family Support and Education
o Educate and emotionally support families, teaching them essential skills for baby care at home.
o Update families regularly about their child’s health and progress, addressing concerns sensitively.
3. Record-Keeping and Documentation
o Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of treatments, medications, and patient progress.
o Document any unusual patient behaviors or reactions to treatments for medical review.
4. Emergency Response
o Quickly respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions, including resuscitation if necessary.
o Maintain readiness to use specialized equipment like ventilators, incubators, and other NICU technology.
Qualifications
· Licensure: Must hold a MNC registration.
· Experience: Prior experience in critical care, neonatal care, or pediatrics is highly preferred.
Key Skills
· Technical Skills: Proficiency with NICU equipment, including ventilators, incubators, and feeding tubes.
· Critical Thinking: Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
