Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-of-day financial audits for guest transactions, room revenues, and service charges.
  • Balance cash drawers, reconcile daily income, and prepare accurate financial and occupancy reports.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently during overnight hours.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Conduct security checks, ensuring hotel safety and compliance with emergency procedures.
  • Update and maintain guest information in the property management system.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, engineering, and front office teams for issue resolution.
  • Assist in managing night operations, including lobby supervision and handling late arrivals.
  • Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and report shortages as needed.
  • Ensure all accounting procedures adhere to internal policies and audit standards.
